No stage inside the building is outsourced. North Industries runs receiving, storage, filling, packaging, rework and fulfillment in-house, and operates its own local and regional delivery. Only longer-distance freight and national parcel shipments move through third-party carriers such as Canada Post, FedEx and UPS.
How is inventory tracked across production and storage?
North Industries tracks inventory in Zoho Inventory, so received stock, finished goods and outbound orders draw from one record. Shopify orders connect through the same system, and brands get direct reporting on stock levels instead of waiting on manual counts.
